Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions Contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into between Citizen Surveillance Network (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). This Agreement governs the purchase, installation, and ongoing maintenance of managed CCTV systems provided by CSN.

Scope of Services

  1. The Company agrees to install and maintain a managed CCTV system, including cameras, recording devices, and related software, for the Client.
  2. The Company shall provide ongoing technical support, software updates, and maintenance services for the CCTV system as part of the managed service package.

Payment and Pricing:

  1. The Client agrees to pay for the installation of the managed CCTV per month per camera.
  2. The Client shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to modifications, enhancements, or additional services requested by the Client, which are not explicitly included in the agreement.
  3. The Client shall make payment in full within the agreed-upon timeframe specified in the invoice issued by the Company.
  4. The Client is responsible for providing internet at the recording location.

Ownership and Intellectual Property:

  1. The ownership and intellectual property rights of the CCTV system, including hardware, software, and associated documentation, shall remain with the Company.
  2. The Client shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the CCTV system or its components without prior written consent from the Company.

Installation and Access:

  1. The Company shall install the CCTV system at the premises specified by the Client, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. The Client shall provide the Company with necessary access to the premises during the installation, maintenance, and support visits.

Warranty and Support:

  1. The Company shall provide a warranty for the installed CCTV system during the entire project period, ensuring that it operates in accordance with the provided specifications.
  2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature, but it does cover accidents.
  3. The Company shall provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for the CCTV system during the warranty period and beyond, as part of the managed service package.

Limitation of Liability:

  1. The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the CCTV system, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or interruption of operations.
  2. The liability of the Company, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the managed CCTV system.


  1. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party, but the Client can only terminate after 6 Months without a penalty.
  2. In the event of termination, the Client shall compensate the Company for any outstanding payments and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
  3. The Client shall return any equipment, software, or documentation provided by the Company promptly upon termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Client, superseding all prior agreements, oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
